If you decide that the 'in-house Career Management Limited service is not for you, we can reduce your administrative burden by setting up a company for you and undertaking all the administrative functions on your behalf. This service includes

• Registering a company with your choice of name and you as a director.
• Registering the company for VAT and PAYE.
• Advice on setting up a bank account.
• Maintenance of accounts.
• Payroll administration.
• Quarterly VAT return.
• Statutory accounts preparation and tax computations.
• Company secretarial function if required.

You maintain the company bank account - we have no access to your funds. Our fees are paid by standing order.

We can advise on an appropriate dividend/salary policy. The current benefit of taking a dividend instead of a salary has been eroded significantly since the introduction of IR35. Section 660A rules and proposed changes in legislation may make this even more uneconomical in the future.

With your own company you, as director, are solely responsible for the actions of the company. We are providing a bureau service on your behalf, we can ensure that you avoid all the major pitfalls that a small company is like to come across.
